How many guests can participate in an event?
The number of guests depends on your selected guest package: Basic (0-100 guests), Standard (100-200 guests), or Professional (200-300 guests). Each guest can scan the QR code and start uploading photos immediately.
What happens to photos after the event?
All photos remain accessible in your dashboard for 3 months after the event date. You'll receive an email notification 1 week before deletion to download any photos you wish to keep. After deletion, photos cannot be recovered.
How do guests access the event?
Guests simply scan the QR code you provide and can immediately start taking and uploading photos. No app downloads or account creation required - just nickname, optional email, and social handle.
What analytics are available?
You get basic event analytics including total number of guests who registered, total photo uploads, and event status tracking. View detailed statistics for each event in your dashboard.
Can I delete photos from my event?
Yes! Standard and Professional plans include photo deletion controls. As the event organizer, you can delete any photos from your event gallery. Guests can also delete their own photos. Deleted photos are permanently removed from storage.
What additional costs might apply?
All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Additional costs may include capture limit upgrades ($0-3 per guest based on plan) and video packages (+$49 if enabled). All add-ons are clearly displayed during event creation.
What photo formats are supported?
We support all common photo formats including JPEG, PNG, and WebP. All photos are automatically optimized for fast loading and viewing across all devices.
